Product Manager Supply

Fulltime · Amsterdam

Do you want to use your product skills to help thousands of local entrepreneurs become more successful? As a Product Manager in our Supply Product Team, you ensure that businesses acquiring new customers through Trustoo, get the most out of our platform. From smart AI features to better follow-up flows: you translate ideas and strategy into concrete improvements our customers use every day.

Trustoo is the online marketplace for local service providers. Think Booking.com or Tripadvisor, but for painters, plasterers, accountants, gardeners, and many more. More than 300,000 businesses in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Spain use our platform to get found and attract new customers.

You’ll be joining a growing scale-up with a flat structure, short lines to the founders, and plenty of room for your own ideas.

Your role

You are the Product Manager within the Supply team, working alongside the Product Lead. Together, you are responsible for everything related to the experience of our customers (the businesses) on the platform: from the moment they sign up until the leads they receive through Trustoo turn into real customers.

Your work covers the entire chain: from research and strategy to defining solutions, building, testing, and implementing them. You talk to customers, translate insights into tickets, test new features yourself, and measure the impact.

Concretely, you will:

  • Understand our customers’ needs by:

    • Conducting research into customer needs together with Customer Experience

    • Gathering input from Customer Success and Sales

    • Reviewing data and trends in dashboards/analytics

    • Researching the market and competitors (especially in other countries)

  • Define and plan the roadmap and OKRs for the Supply Team together with the Product Lead.

  • Deliver projects and initiatives that are strategically important to Trustoo, together with a UX designer and your own development team.

  • Make strategic decisions based on impact for our customers and the business.

  • Translate initiatives into concrete tickets.

  • Test new features yourself, measure results, and prepare improvements for the next iteration.

About you

You have a product background, understand commercial impact, and enjoy working both strategically and hands-on.

You recognise yourself in the following:

  • You have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience:

  • You’re excited about marketplaces. Experience with them is a strong plus.

  • You’re analytical: you can work with data and dashboards (experience with tools like Power BI / Google Analytics is a plus, not a must).

  • You take ownership: you pick up projects, maintain oversight, and drive things from A to Z.

  • You’re strong in stakeholder management and communication: you easily switch between CX, devs, UX, marketing, and founders.

  • You’re hands-on: diving into the platform, checking flows, testing and reproducing bugs

  • You communicate easily in English.
