Learning and development

Office, hybrid and remote

We've made the office worth coming to: Everything you need to do great work, plus a massage chair, our very own 'Bruine kroeg' (AMS), a 'Zen Den' to reset (AMS), and office dogs (GER). We work hybrid, with up to two weeks remote per year.

Holidays and pension

You get 25 paid days off in the Netherlands, 28 in Germany, plus a pension plan (via ASR in the Netherlands). You can also buy or sell extra days, whatever works best for you.
