Learning and development

Office, hybrid and remote

Holidays and pension

Our recruitment process
Application & Video Screening
Our recruiter & hiring manager review all applications. We’re looking for experience that matches the role, strong motivation, and a good cultural fit. We aim to get back to you within a week , but in peak periods it will be max 2 weeks. If positive you'll receive an invite for a video screening with our recruiter to see if there is a mutual fit. During this talk we like to learn more about you and share you a bit more about working at Trustoo | Trustlocal.
Meet the Team & Assessment
Our first interview is with the hiring manager and one of the team members. In this conversation we love to learn more about your experience and competencies and show you what the job will be like. For some positions you will have the opportunity to meet the entire team and listen in to their calls and systems to get an understanding of what the role entails. For more specialist roles you could receive an assessment you make at home.
Final Interview & Reference Check
During your final interview you will meet the hiring manager together with one of the Founders or the head of the department. During this interview you can expect more exact questions regarding your previous experiences and choices along your career. If you made an assessment during this interview, you will explain your thought process more in-depth. If positive we conduct a reference check with references you provided.
Offer & Getting started
Yeah! Great, you made it to the final step. Congratulations! You will receive a phone call from our recruiter with the good news and all the details of the offer via email so you can read it through diligently before acceptance.If we find an agreement about the details and starting date, our excited People Team will take over to ensure you are all set up for success!
