The Position
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the architect of our talent growth. You’ll design and scale our recruitment strategy across our offices in Amsterdam and Berlin. Whether it’s developers, marketers, or sales talent, you know where to find them and how to bring them on board.
From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll guide candidates through the entire journey. You’ll work closely with our hiring managers to create streamlined processes that prioritise culture fit and quality, delivering a top-tier candidate experience.
You’ll also be the driving force behind automation in recruitment, implementing smart tools, optimising our ATS, and leveraging AI for sourcing and screening to make your and the candidates' experience even better.
The Team
You will join our talented and driven People team, where you will find great individuals passionate about bringing the people strategy to the next level. In this role, you report to the Head of People and work closely with our People Operations Specialist and Office Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for our Amsterdam and Berlin offices
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Proactively source (international) talent for both operational and management roles
Act as a strategic sparring partner to hiring managers
Scale recruitment processes using tech, tools, and AI
Interview and select the best candidates based on both skills and cultural fit
Help elevate our employer brand and develop a clear, compelling Employee Value Proposition that attracts the right talent and strengthens our position in the market. Support onboarding and optimise the overall employee experience
Contribute to broader HR initiatives like analytics, performance reviews, and policy development.
What we are looking for
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (scale-up experience is a big plus)
A passion for interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a standout candidate experience
Strategic mindset with a love for data, AI, and recruitment tooling — and the ability to translate these into scalable processes
Hands-on experience sourcing and approaching international candidates through multiple channels
Strong communicator, persuasive, and someone who takes ownership
Fluent in both Dutch and English; German is a plus.
