About the Role

As our Social Media Specialist, you will own Trustoo’s paid and organic social strategy and drive growth across multiple services. You’ll be responsible for designing, running, and optimizing campaigns on Meta platforms, managing a network of UGC creators, and turning insights into engaging, high-performing content.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the demand marketing team, while working closely with the product team to ensure flawless tracking, accurate attribution, and the creation of custom landing pages. Together, you’ll build full-funnel campaigns and continuously experiment with creative formats that resonate with our audience. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on Trustoo’s growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the Meta strategy – from campaign setup and optimization to performance reporting and budget management.

  • Lead creative direction – develop compelling ad copy, run creative tests, and ensure a strong and consistent visual identity.

  • Manage creators and content – coordinate a pool of UGC creators, brief and review scripts, and oversee the content calendar.

  • Manage paid campaigns – oversee day-to-day performance across platforms, adjust targeting and budgets, and ensure spend efficiency.

  • Drive insights and improvements – analyze audience behavior, benchmark competitors, and turn learnings into better campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and funnel alignment.

A Day in the Life

You’ll start your day with a stand-up alongside the marketing team, sharing results, key insights, and aligning on the next tests to run. From there, you’ll dive into Meta campaigns; checking performance, adjusting bids, and fine-tuning creatives where needed. You’ll review fresh creative concepts and briefs from our UGC creators, ensuring everything is on-brand and ready to perform. Throughout the week, you’ll analyze campaign data, brainstorm new ideas, and prepare upcoming test plans. And of course, you’ll wrap up the week by celebrating milestones with the team before heading into a well-earned weekend.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • 4+ years of experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Strong both strategically and operationally, you take end-to-end ownership of the
    entire process

  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for effective creative

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and testing frameworks

  • Experience with creator management and content production workflows

  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to experiment with new ideas

  • Familiarity with attribution and tracking tools (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) is a plus
