That’s exactly the challenge we set out to solve when we founded Trustoo in 2019.Trustoo is an online platform that helps people find the best local businesses with ease. About the Role

As Meta Performance Marketing Specialist, you are fully accountable for Trustoo’s growth through Meta Ads. Your focus is end-to-end performance: campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling based on clear efficiency targets.

You operate across the full funnel, from prospecting to retargeting, and continuously optimize toward measurable outcomes such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS. You work closely with product and data teams to ensure robust tracking, accurate attribution, and fast iteration through landing pages and funnels.

This is a hands-on, specialist role with direct ownership over results.

Your Responsibilities

Own Meta performance marketing

  • Structure accounts for efficient testing and scalable growth

  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to hit CPL and ROAS targets

Performance-driven creative testing

  • Translate insights into clear creative hypotheses

  • Brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives with performance as the leading KPI

  • Run structured A/B tests across formats, hooks, messaging, and audiences

Optimization and analysis

  • Monitor daily performance and act decisively on data

  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and audience behavior

  • Turn learnings into concrete optimizations and scaling decisions

Tracking and attribution

  • Ensure correct implementation and use of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GA4

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on attribution, events, and data quality

  • Validate results across platforms and reporting tools

    Continuous experimentation

  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap

  • Benchmark competitors and industry best practices

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and volume at scale

A Day in the Life

You start the day reviewing Meta performance dashboards: spend, CPL, ROAS, and key experiments. During the team stand-up, you share results, insights, and decisions on scaling or killing tests. You then dive into campaign optimizations, adjust budgets, refine audiences, and launch new experiments. Later, you review performance of new creatives, align with product on tracking or landing page improvements, and prepare the next wave of tests. Your week ends with clear learnings, measurable progress, and a roadmap for further scaling.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Proven track record in scaling Meta campaigns with clear efficiency targets

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and testing frameworks

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and attribution models

  • Experience with creative testing from a performance perspective

  • Confident working with Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and conversion tracking

  • Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset

    What we offer:

  • A competitive salary, based on your experience

  • Hybrid working: from home and at the office

  • A laptop and budget for home office setup.

  • Travel and home office allowances

  • 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours)

  • 2 weeks per year to work remotely (from abroad)

  • A personal budget via Alleo

  • A solid pension plan

  • Challenging and meaningful work with a training budget

  • Freedom and responsibility within your role

  • Career growth opportunities within the team and company

  • A great product you can be proud of

  • A fantastic team culture, certified as a Great Place to Work

  • Fresh lunch and healthy snacks at the office every day

  • Fun monthly team outings, drinks, and an annual company trip.
